Ingredients
For the Cake
- 325 g unsalted butter, softened
- 325 g light brown soft sugar

- 200 g unsalted butter, softened
- 400 g icing sugar (powdered sugar)
- 250 g Biscoff spread (smooth)
- 2-3 tablespoons milk (as needed)

- 35 g melted Biscoff spread
- 8 Biscoff biscuits, broken in half
- 3 Biscoff biscuits, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line two 8-inch round cake tins with parchment paper.
- Make the Cake Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and light brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add the Biscoff spread and mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then add the milk and mix until smooth.
- Gradually fold in the self-raising flour until fully incorporated.
- Bake the Cakes:
